Big Cypress Animal Clinic (BCAC) is a family owned and operated animal hospital established in 1977 by Dr. Lewis Randall, Sr.

Dr. Randall and his wife Myra were well-known for their availability to care for their animal patients in any emergency. In 1985, their son, Dr. David Randall, graduated from the University of Florida and worked alongside his father at Big Cypress Animal Clinic. Two years later, the senior Dr. Randall retired and his son took over the family practice.

Dr. David Randall spent the first 15 years of his career caring for animals of all breeds and sizes, including but not limited to dogs, cats and horses. Then 10 years ago, he dedicated his practice to small animal breeds only.

Big Cypress Animal Clinic is a member of the Accredited Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and offers a full line of medical and surgical services. The clinic also provides pet daycare and a state-of-the-art boarding facility. The knowledgeable, friendly staff can help with any special dietary needs for all pets and specializes in senior pet care and skin allergies.
